Same problem for me. Is there a temporary fix for this, what code did you use to get this working?
I am having the exact same problem, I cannot use nested repeaters on an Options page. When I add content to the Options page, hit ‘Update, the page reloads, but the fields come up blank.
When I try the same on a page or custom post they work perfectly.
Any Ideas?
+1 for being able to properly duplicate the Custom Fields instead of having to manually delete them all and re-translate everytime a change is made, very frustrating with many languages.
Thanks indrek_k will give this a go, have you had any trouble with it? Such a shame the options pages do not work correctly with multi language, I never realised what a pain using WPML would be, wish they would update the UI, it looks/feels so clunky.

Alternatively is there a way to manage content between Options Pages in the same way as Pages/Custom Post Types? e.g. When on an Options Page (English) being able to duplicate the content across and define how you want each field to work e.g. Copy, Translate, Don’t Translate
Has this been fixed now as it is something I am going to need to do for a project I have just started work on?
Are there any other known problems with using WPML and ACF as I am really nervous to use them together, but cant think of any other way I want to do it.
