Thanks a lot @John Huebner !!
Hello @John Huebner. Once again I’m not looking for a relationships between the posts.
I’m looking to create by duplication of the datas from the post A, 2 brand new independents posts, one in the custom post type B, another in the custom post type C.
Once it’s done the post A will be deleted. And no relationship will exist between the 2 new post created.
It’s like duplicate a post, but into 2 different posts types, and not all data will be duplicated.
Sorry I make a mistake
“… a new post in the custom post type B and another new one in the custom post type C …”
Hello, @John Huebner. I do not look for a relationship between the fields.
I’m looking for to create with some datas of the custom post type A, a new post in the custom post type B and another new one in the custom post type B. Both without relationship with the custom post type A. Something like, I click on a button and 2 new posts a generated.
I have 2 images fields, Front and Back.
I have a Title field and a Artist field.
I have a custom specific and unique ID field
I’m looking to rename the front and the back like this
Artist_Title_Front_ID.webp
Artist_Title_Back_ID.webp
Each image will only be use in one custom post type.
I will have more than 70,000 images to manage so I would like to take advantage of the creation of the post to modify the names of the images in order to better classify them in the Media folder.
I think I expressed myself badly. 🙂
I never will upload an image during the post creation. All images are uploaded before the post is created.
The Images fields are just used to select images already uploaded.
ACF will never have to manage the addition of images.
Thx @John Huebner but that about renaming during Upload.
I’m looking to rename during saving the post.
All images are yet uploaded.
Hello, is this still impossible to do or there is an option hidden somewhere ?
Please delete this thread !!
THX
UPDATE ***
I found a solution by adding this JS in the main search page. it’s not a pretty one but it’s working pending a better solution.
<script>
(function($) {
$(document).on('facetwp-refresh', function() {
if (FWP.loaded) { // after the initial pageload
FWP.parseFacets(); // load the values
FWP.setHash(); // set the new URL
location.reload();
return false;
}
});
})(jQuery);
</script>
I just try this code in my functions.php to see if it have any effects on taxonomy field without any result ? That very strange. Or I do not do it correctly.
add_filter('acf/fields/taxonomy/query', 'my_acf_fields_taxonomy_query', 10, 3);
function my_acf_fields_taxonomy_query( $args, $field, $post_id ) {
// Show 40 terms per AJAX call.
$args['number'] = 40;
// Order by most used.
$args['orderby'] = 'count';
$args['order'] = 'DESC';
return $args;
}
Hello
it’s a “Taxonomy” field or a “Taxonomy Terms” field.
Thanks @hube2 !! That save my day 🙂
