solved: conflict with user role editor pro.
when i import the cpt,
i can glance the option at the + add camp.
BUT once i save the cpt the menu disappear,
i guess the url for the camp menu add post url and it prompt , you’re not allowed to create , need higher level permission,
i am super admin, definitely its a bug with either acf pro or user role editor pro OR both.
cheers
aware of the same function name. second should be function fix_number2 .
hey all. i stumble upon this after googling “stay away from toolset”
that’s how frustrated i was.
i hope there is a guide for people who want to move from toolset to ACF.
i was a die-hard toolset fan, i even got their lifetime membership [no, I am not seeling it.]
the main issue is the bugginess, bloody 70 scripts and styles is loading in a simple page template with a map, search form, filter, etc.
cheers
Hi John, thanks for the plugins, btw i’m not here to seek support for the plugin. will look at the future version. thanks
may i know what is the final code that works please. thanks
actually, it worked if I hard coded it into the plugin files directly rather then using the functions.php.
is there another way to achieve this ?
make the field admin only, admin to enter at backend and view at the front end.
I tested the ACF-user-role-field-setting-master plugins posted somewhere here but it doesn’t work perhaps cause its localhost ? I’m not sure too.
thanks in advance.
i think i posted in the wrong category .apologies
