+1 I have the same question.
I need a field that query an external API with after the user has enter a minimal search (3 letters for example), send the query each time the search change and return a list of options that the user can select : key as object_id and name as label.
Thank you
I have exactly the same question, the filter doesn’t seems to work on front-end. Any solution ?
I’m sorry but this doesn’t seems to work.
I’m the same user in front and backend, and my rule match is only “ID based”.
Last thing very strange, frontend only shows the submit button, and not the rest of the form … 🙁
Without this location rule, my frontend form is ok (but my backend form need to be displayed only for me).
Thank you for your help.
Thank you @hube2 for your answer.
This example is working for my case, but now, all my frontend forms based on acf_form() disapeared?
Visually, i try to do that :
Instead of that :
Take a look at the V5 Beta, and this thread (i’ve made a screenshot of the Widget option)
That’s why @cleocq want to use Page Builder (and me too), it’s simple and clean. I’m afraid that flexible content is not the best way to do that (it is excellent, but not for building complex web pages) !
@Adam : ACF V5 Beta is available, and I can use ACF fields in a widget :
But when I try to use this widget with page builder, the modale window is empty, and I don’t know why !
Apparently, ACF V5 allows you to interact with widgets. However, I don’t understand why ACF fields do not appear in page builder?
ACF and Page Builder seems to be a perfect couple !
