Hey james, thanks for the reply. I increased the max_input_vars since my folder is in subfolder I put the php.ini file in the site folder when the root did not work and that did not work. I also installed the site on my local server, imported the fields on a fresh local wordpress install even restarted apache. It still does not work :'(
