I think you need a developer license since you can have automatic plugin updates on all sites.
If you think that this happens because of plugin conflicts, Can you deactivate all the plugins and reactivate only the acf pro plugin first and see whether you can see the fields in backend and frontend. If it works try to activate other plugins one by one and check the acf fields again. Also clear your browser cache completely.
Since you have used a translator, the problem is not clear. Can we have a image or link to see what you are trying to achieve? Are you familiar with WordPress template system and have you ever build a custom WordPress theme?
Try this,
<?php
$images = get_field(‘product_page_images’);
if( $images ):
?>
<div class=”carousel-inner” role=”listbox”>
<?php $count = 0; foreach( $images as $image ):?>
<div class=”item <?php if (!$count): ?>active<?php endif; ?>”>
” alt=”<?php echo $image[‘alt’]; ?>” />
</div>
<?php $count++; endforeach; ?>
</div>
<?php endif; ?>
Try deactivate and reactivate the ACF plugin. If it still not works, try to deactivate and reactivate “field group”. If you face this issue after installing a new plugin(s), then you have to disable that plugin(s) and check.
If you don’t need to use loops, this will work for you.
<?php
$our_services = get_field('our_services'); // 'our_services' is your parent group
$service_one = $our_services['service_one']; // 'service_one' is your child group
?>
<?php echo $service_one['service_heading']; // 'service_heading' is a subfield of your child group ?>
