I resolved this with the other hook:
add_action('acf/save_post', 'my_save_post', 20);
function my_save_post($post_id){
if( get_post_type($post_id) == 'animal' ) {

'ID' => $post_id,

But the question is, why the code to insert post don´t work in acf/pre_save_post ???
