In PHP 7.4 its working fine but not in php 8.1

In the while loop the_row() getting empty array, so why it is empty array? What is going wrong here?

Please check the attached screens. The get_row_layout() is returning null. Also the get_sub_field(). the_row() var_dump is returning as string(5)”Array”

I am using php 8 and ACF pro, the get_row_layout() and get_sub_field() returning null. Can you please let me know what is the issue?
