Z-Index bug on 'Visual/Text' editor

Picked up a little bug, the z-index in the CSS for the Visual/Text tabs on a WYSIWYG editor are higher than the modal for adding a new flexible content block.

This means sometimes when you press the little plus, the options will be concealed by the Visual/Text options on an existing WYSIWYG field.
