WYSIWYG functionality has disappeared

I’ve come across a bug on a site I did for a client a few months ago.

I’ve made a 2 column layout and in the right hand column I’ve added a WYSIWYG editor. This worked when the site went live.

Now all the buttons, apart from the upload/insert, have disappeared. The text being displayed in the window is now shown as HTML code too.

This editor is only applied to that column on that page layout, I’ve also tried it on a regular post but am having the same issue.

The site uses WordPress v3.4 and ACF version 4.1.8.1

Here’s a screenshot of what I’m seeing.

Any advice here would be very much appreciated.
