WYSIWYG field backend bug after upgrade to WP 3.8

I have spotted a bug in the backend when using the wysiwyg editor field. This has appeared after upgrading to WordPress 3.8

When using the ACF WYSIWIG editor on the page/post edit screen there are usually three diagonal lines in the bottom right corner of the text editing area which is the universal symbol for resizeable textarea fields. After the upgrade to WordPress 3.8, these lines are hovering about 20px outside of the textarea at the top right.
