wysiwyg editor not working

Hello Support Team,

I am making use of ACF custom field plugin on one of my site. Everything works fine as per my requirement except the wysiwyg editor custom field. On selecting wysiwyg editor for one of my custom field showing only textarea without any toolbar.

Please let me know what may be the issue and let me know if you need wp admin credentials to check the issue.

Hi @raviac

It’s possible that you have a conflict with your theme or other plugins. Could you please try to reproduce the issue on one of the WordPress’ stock themes (like Twenty Sixteen) with other plugins deactivated? If it disappears, then you can activate the theme and plugins one by one to see which one causes the issue.

You can also check the developer tools on your browser for any error on the page.
