I noticed WooCommerce is planning to move storage of product data from WP posts to a new custom products table, which is great. However, I’m wondering what issues this will cause for ACF, if any. I’m in the process of building a new store and I’m wondering if I should avoid using ACF to add custom fields to products.

There will be no issues as you can always integrate the shortcode or field to their ‘shoppage- php file’ and can display field anywhere through php loops.

They did say this, which leads me to believe it will work.
