WooCommerce, CRM & ACF

I am about to start building a shop (for a wine club) that I’m expecting will make extensive use of data mining to run a slick CRM.

I’ve just come across ACF, which strikes me as being a potentially valuable way of adding depth to product categories.

Does anyone have experience of a set up along these lines? Any particular CRMs to recommend?

I haven’t had much experience with CRMs before, but hopefuly someone else can answer this.
