Hello,
since the new update of Woocommerce (3.0) the CF that I’ve sat up for woocommerce orders doesn’t work anymore.
They are correctly displayed on the edit order page of the backend. But when I change the value of the field and save the order, the page reloads, I’ve got the good confirmation message : “Order updated”, but the new value is not memorized.
Any help is welcome.
thanks.
I have found this issue as well and believe it is caused by the new WC 3.0 CRUD classes. However, it does not happen with regular custom fields, only ACF custom fields. So I believe it is an ACF bug.
This appears to be fixed with WC v3.0.1. Must’ve been a WC issue after all.
Hello,
We also have setup some Custom fields for orders and the value of these fields are still not being saved.
How can we fix this?
Thanks!
Same here using Woocommerce 3.0.4, no custom fields are updating, both my own outside of ACF. Anyone found a solution? I don’t see any difference with rollback to 3.0.1 or latest.
Well, I got it working for the most part by issuing an $order->save() after all the updates were complete. Still having an issue with one of my own custom fields, but ACF fields seems to be updating now with that call to save.
The issue should be submitted to support at both WC and here. This is a link to do it here https://support.advancedcustomfields.com/new-ticket/.
Hello,
me again.
My issue was solved with WC 3.0.1 but it went wrong again with WC next releases.
