My client has upgraded to version 6 and he wants the repeater field to be paginated.
I set the number of elements in the settings, but the old fields are still displayed on 1 page.
How to make the old fields also divided into pages?
In the admin or on the front of the site?
The new pagination feature only works in the admin.
In the admin
it can’t be because I use groups inside the repeater?
My structure
repeater
-select
-image
-group
-group
in the admin panel, it is not paginated and all 50 repeater entries are on 1 page
this repeater was created back in version 5.7
I honestly do not know and I don’t have any old repeaters with 50+ entries to test this on.
Sub fields of the repeater should not affect it. It would only matter if this repeater is itself a sub field of another repeater, flex field or group field.
Have you tried saving when they are all displayed to see if that affects it when the page reloads?
50 repeaters saves for a long time, so I was hoping that pagination would solve my problem, but after updating and enabling pagination, it does not appear.
You might want to contact the developers, maybe there is a bub.
Hi, how are you?
Installed a clean wordpress.
If there is a group inside the repeater, then pagination does not work.
I do not know if this is a limitation or a bug.
