Where do I enter the activation code?

I purchased a plugin “Flexible content” and i Got an activation code for it.

The installation manual says “Enter your activation code in the Custom Fields -> Settings page (in your WP install).”

But I cannot find the “Settings page”? Where do i enter this activation code in WP?
