When I click 'Close field', auto-scroll to see 'Add field'

I like to close my fields as I go, to keep the page length manageable as I scroll around. It really bugs me that every time I click the ‘Close field’ button, I then have to manually scroll up the page in order to find the ‘Add field’ button to click to add the next field.

It would be great to either auto-scroll up the page, or keep the ‘Add field’ button visible in the window (fixed position or something).

I have alerted the plugin author about this request and hopefully he will consider adding it to the plugin’s development roadmap.
