Way to display selections from Field Group at bottom of post?

I am using ACF in a knowledge base plugin (Echo Knowledge Base) to make a wiki and I am wondering if there’s a way to show the selections made in my field group at the bottom of the post the way tags show. See this screen image (ignore the purple circle on it)

I didn’t find a block in gutenberg.
