Video player with thumbnails

Hi,
I would like to create a youtube player, with a large main video and thumbnail video list on the side for the other videos.
The videos will be added via a repeater field, each video will have a title, date, description and option to upload a thumbnail image (if the one supplied via youtube won’t be good enough).

Has anyone done a player like this before?
