Variation has no identification mark using Relationship field.

Need help by figuring out how to improve user experience on Relationship field. Let’s say I got product X with 10 variations, using that inside Relationship field I see 10 time X title without any clue what attributes it has. So what I need is

Instead:
1. X
2. X
3. X

Show:
1. X – size-1
2. X – size-2
3. X – size-3

Any idea would be appreciated. Thanks.
