Validation Issue/Bug

I have some fields that hide/display conditionally. They’re all required. But when I change the value of the field that the conditional display is tied to, the fields no longer pass validation. I’ve created a screencast to demonstrate.

I can delete items in my repeater field that’s failing validation, then recreate them with the same values, and validation works.
