Validate field

Hello Im trying to do this:
Validate when user select yes from Yes/No field
So when they click the save button a message pops “Are you sure to save?”
If yes the post saves if no, nothing happens

Could you help me?

Please take a look at the acf/validate_value filter to create some custom field validation.
