Using ACF in a widget

Hi I’m new to PHP and ACF, and I’m wondering whether it is possible to use ACF within widgets I’m creating for a theme.

If it possible to do so? Can I have some directions as to how I should do it?

Hi @zellwk

ACF does not currently work within a widget.
This feature will be added to ACF v5 which will be released soon.
