So I added Advanced Custom Fields into the user areas. I have someone who wants to edit User fields in the back end (wp-admin) under Users->Edit Profile. However the fields don’t render like they do in the posts. Is there a way I can render them to look the same as in a post? How do I go about completely editing the User Edit Profile page?

Yes, some pages do look different in some cases. The “Style” settings appears to not work on the user page and some other pages. I’m not sure if it would be considered a bug of if there’s anything that the developer can do about it, but you could submit a support ticket and see what he says https://support.advancedcustomfields.com/new-ticket/
