User custom fields cause password problem when creating new user

Hi, there is a problem with ACF user custom fields.
when I have custom fields for users of all types to create new user something weird happens.

What happens:
Password area is hidden and do not let me to change or set a password.

Steps to reproduce:
1- add a custom field to user with “user_role” == “all”.
2- try to create a user

I read a similar problem, here the problem was custom fields is not displayed when creating a user.
now it is shown but cause the above problem; I also would mention that when I change role to something except “all” or when there is no defined field there is no problem.

WP 5.7.1 / ACF 5.9.5
