Use Shortcode in Media Description or Caption?

Hi,

Is it possible to enable shortcodes or php code like

<p><?php the_field('field_name'); ?></p>

in the image metadata like Title, Caption, Alt Text or Description? Is there anything I need to add to my functions.php?
