Use Post Object in custom PHP code

Hello there.
I want to show a very custom report to my client and I need to use post object dropdown in my code.
There is a report consist of two HTML selects and a post object dropdown based on a CPT (Company), like this:

How can I do this? Is there a function to show the post object dropdown?
