use this – update_field( 'order_img_url', $_COOKIE['URL_order_img'], $order->get_id() );
simple field – text working, and I get url… but this no…

what is the value of $_COOKIE['URL_order_img']?

To update an image field you must supply ACF with a valid image attachment ID.
