I can’t get a number field to update no matter what I do. I have a cron job that automatically archives posts older than 3 years. Also, any post that is older than 7 days and has a value in the slide_order field, will have that value deleted. Both of those work fine, but the update_field function doesn’t work at all. Only the “else” statement below doesn’t work. Here’s my function:

My cron job was set up incorrectly. Everything works now.
