update the same field name across different field groups automatically

I have 30 field groups for different types of products.
Each field group has a custom field ‘manufacturer’. It is field type – radio, and the field name – manufacturer is the same for all the field groups.

Is there a way for my client to add a new manufacturer to the choices list for all the different field groups without having to go into each field group individually and editing the list?

It needs to be something on the front end, not in the coding so the client can do it himself.
