Update Repeater Field Plugin

Hey,

I am wondering if the acf-repeater-field plugin shows in the wp backend when an update is available or does I have to purchase for every new version a new plugin? At moment I am usung the version 1.0.1, but not sure if this is the latest version either I do not know how to receive an update.
