update field slows WordPress performance loading

I have a plugin the runs twitch user status and whenever it gets the user info such as; online/offline. it should update my ACF field in the admin. I don’t to use this plugin in the front-end. I want everything saves in my fields, but whenever it trigger the code, it slows down my WordPress

To get the status before updated the field your site much connect to twitch. This is the cause of performance decrease. There isn’t anything ACF can do about how long the connection and request to a 3rd party takes.

yeah, i saw that from one of the archives here… anyway, i’ll do the plan B instead. Also, why I am receiving the access denied here?
