turn field into list of options/archive pages

So I’ve got a field with salary options like –

upto £10,000
£10,000 – £20,000
£20,000 – £30,000

and so on. I need to have these in a sidebar as links to ‘jobs’ within the range clicked.

Is this easy to do?
