Travel map with Google / ACFPRO

Hello,
I would like to know how is it possible de create a map like the one in attachments with Google Maps API and ACF PRO.

I created a travel agency website and with the repeater, I added day per day as this :

Description of the day X : Text
City of day X : Google Map

If my program propose 6 days with 6 differents cities how to create the map with the Google Map API ? Have you got some source code examples ?
