translate checkbox choices

Can anyone point me in the right direction to translate the checkbox choices so they show in another language on the front end. I am using polylang plugin.
I can seem to find anything on how to do this.

I have these entries as choices in my acf admin page field type checkbox.

1 Lit double
2 Lits doubles
1 Lit simple
2 Lits simples
2 lits superposés
Canapé convertible lit
Douche
Baignoire
Acces à la piscine

How do i get these into the polylang string translations area and link them up with a translation in another language.

Thanks John, yes I saw that but it still doesn’t really explain how to set up the various languages in the ACF admin area and how to get the correct langauge to show on the front end.

I was hoping the old discussion would point you in the right direction because, to be honest, I don’t know anything about using translation plugins like Polylang or WPML. I generally use Multilingual press and I don’t generally use choice type fields for content that will be displayed even then. All of the choice type fields I use are for making decisions not related to content to be displayed.
