TinyMCE WYSIWYG editor in repeater fields causing slow page render / editing.

ACF Pro 5.7.9 and WP 5.0.1.

We have a custom post type that includes a repeater with a number of fields. One of the fields is a WYSIWYG.

When a post is edited it takes anywhere between 50 seconds and 90 seconds for the page to render. The screenshot shows a sample of what it is that is taking so long to load.

This behaviour only started with 5.0.1 and 5.7.9 (they both were updated at the same time).

By changing the WYSIWYG to deferred initialisation it reduced the load time (very) slightly.

Does anyone have an understanding of why the page now loads the assets this way repeatedly and offer any ideas on how to stop it and ensure the page loads quickly again?

There was another plugin that was causing this.

Staging site and disabling everything and working through one-by-one did the trick.
