The gallery is not saving on one of the sites within our multisite network.

Hi,

We are running a multisite network with multiple live sites, each having the same features and functionalities. Our gallery feature has been functioning well on most sites, but we’re encountering an issue on one specific site.

The gallery is not saving on one of the sites.

We tested the same gallery update process on a different site within the multisite network, and it worked as expected.

There must be something else different about the site where it is not working.

The only thing I can tell you is what will usually cause this and that is a conflict in a field name, some other field used by either ACF or some other plugin has the same meta_key (field name)

Apologies for the delay; we have temporarily set aside this matter and are presently addressing it. There’s something weird happening during the image selection for the gallery. ‘image_1.png,’ an older saved image, displays details like title and filename correctly. In contrast, ‘image_2.png’ does not show any details.
