Text Area within group outputing as string

Hi,
I’m trying to add a custom text area field to hold some seo text and i’ve made a group field called seo to hold the title and then the text as sub fields.
I’ve set the text area field to add paragraphs automatically and basically what’s happening is it’s adding the paragraph tags as part of the string. I have attached images to show it built into my template file and the output.
My guess would be the way i’m pulling in the field from the template file is wrong but any help would be appreciated.
