Taxonomy Custom Field

I’ve created a custom field for a custom taxonomy I made. I need to echo the value of that custom field in my wordpress template.

$term = get_cat_ID( single_cat_title('',false) );
 $template = get_field( 'list_template' );

$term is returning the taxonomy id which is awesome, but I now need to find the value of ‘list_template'(my custom field) for that taxonomy id.

Any help???
