Tag Field

I am looking for an exact same version of the tag field that can be found in this forum when you are creating a post.

That is where you can choose from already existing tags or create a new one if it is not existing easy.

Is this available in acf?

Looking at the code in used here, these formums and forms do not use ACF. The tag field is a field build using select2. There is nothing like it in ACF and I have not seen any addons that replicate it.
