Tabs above shift first field to the right

Hi Support Team
ACF Pro, in all Versions:
1) using Tabs (above fields)
2) fields in Tab below are not full width but have some percentage width
(for instance 50%)
-> first field is shifted to the right, depending on the width of the tabs
Is there some option i missed or a workaround other that let the first field on 100%?
