Table repeater – Creating 3 nested repeaters

Hello,
On my project that i am developed for my client i need to create a repeater that
create a table – for this i was create a 3 nested repeaters , that i am explain in the image below….

if you be able to guide me / explain to me how to code the table and retrieve the data i will very very appreciate…because I’m having some trouble with the code…

this is need to be repeatable tables as show in the image…
