Sync WP Categories to ACF Text or dropdown Fields

Hi. I am looking for a way to sync wordpress Categories to ACF text fields.

I use ACF Pro, and am working in Elementor Pro

Issue. I have 500+ pages with a State and City ACF field that I will have to manually pick State and City to add them unless I can find a bulk way to assign the pages Categories State and City.

What I have done so far. Setup Field Groups State & City, Have WP categories State & City with children.

I know this is still veg but its a start 😉
