Sucuri plugin causes some Field Groups to disappear after Database Upgrade

In case anyone experiences a similar issue:

When testing an update from ACF 4.4.8 to ACF PRO 5.4.7 I kept losing some of the Field Groups after the Database Upgrade.

I discovered the cause was a conflict with the Sucuri Security – Auditing, Malware Scanner and Hardening plugin.

Disabling this plugin during the Database Update fixed the issue.
