Sub entries for repeater field label

Hi there,

I’m created a group of fields and one needs to be a repeater field for a number of PDF files.
But I want to create a label for each entry.
So three entries might be something like
“Specifications” and links to specs_1234.pdf
“Care and Maintenance” and links to care_maint_1234.pdf
“User Manual” and links to user_manual_1234.pdf

Thoughts on how to achieve this ?
