strange database values

I’m browsing my wp_postmeta database and found thousands of rows of:
Post meta key _property_description
post meta value field_5a134a9c72c93

Are these safe to delete? My actual post meta key is property_description and the values are usually my actually value and not field_###

Thanks for the question.

No these should not be deleted, the field reference and the key are used when loading and formatting the field value on the admin.
