i have some acf fields and need to know last changed fields when user update post. i want to use this in a save action hook to store which field changed or created by a user (like user activity logs but in a custom way)
is there any solution ? wordpress revisions save this info but i couldn’t extract this from revisions.

Am I understanding your question correctly: You would like to know when was the last time a field was updated? Or is it that you’d like to know which fields have been changed since last revision?
