I’m not sure if this is the right location, but I’m trying to figure out a way to display all my social feeds on one page. Is this doable with ACF? Any tips?

If you want to show social feeds, you need to use the API to get the data. You can use ACF to save your social network details, but you still need to create code to get the feeds based on the API provided by the social networks you use.
The easiest way to achieve it would be using a third-party plugin that focuses on this kind of feature.
