Site not working with ACF pro and Php 8

Not sure where to begin looking. If I run ACF non-pro, the site works fine. If I deactivate non-pro and activate pro, the site will only list one post, and the admin bar (black strip that appears when logged in) disappears. If I change my .htaccess to anything below Php 8, pro works fine.

also – running version 6.2.8

I’m also facing same issue while working on my client’s site. After update to PHP version 8.2 noting show up in home page.
